  Starter: Mixed greens salad
  Sides: Crispy red potatoes, embered heirloom carrots
  Entrees: Roasted strip loin with house steak sauce, mushroom risotto with kale, marsala, parmesan, and Oregon hazelnuts
  Desert: New York cheesecake with berries and whipped cream

• Stained Glass Workshop 1st session – $15.00
  A quick dive into the world of stained glass. Tristen has prepared 600+ pieces of varying colors to combine at your heart's content. Learn to foil, flux, and solder your own piece. Play with the colors and textures until you are satisfied with the structure and look of your piece, and after soldering take it home, a suncatcher of your own creation! Hosted by Southern Oregon beekeeper, Tristen N Tartaglia.
