Exhibiting at the OSBA Fall Conference allows you to reach the leading beekeeping outfits in the country, associate industry members, affiliated clubs and their thousands of members. We bring attendees to you by locating all breaks in the exhibit hall plus providing an Exhibitor Trade Show Passport for attendees to fill out for a chance to win prizes.

We encourage exhibitors to participate in this event by promoting and selling your products in our centrally located exhibitor display area. Those attending the conference are able to see your products up close and to interact directly with you and your representatives. This is also an opportunity to conduct sales with direct delivery, which allows customers to avoid delivery charges. Fee (per table):

We ask that exhibitors complete the Advertiser/Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration Form and return it to the address provided on the form no later than September 6 to guarantee inclusion in the Conference Program. We ask that all requests for exhibitor tables be postmarked no later than September 24. Regretfully, we may not be able to honor any table requests made after this date.
