2021 Conference Venue
The venue for the 2021 Fall Conference is the Florence Events Center, where we last gathered in 2019. The Events Center is a 21,000-square-foot facility that is said to host events ranging from Ballet to Blues and everything in between, which (in keeping with the alphabet here) includes us—Beekeepers! The Events Center is also home to the Last Resort Players theater company and Seacoast Entertainment Association’s annual concert series. And it hosts outstanding annual events: the Florence Festival of Books in September, the Winter Folk Festival in January, and C.R.O.W.’s musical performance in the spring. We’ll be “taking over” the entire Florence Events Center during our stay! And we’ll have many opportunities to get to know this welcoming venue along with the many fine places we’ll find of interest throughout the region.

Getting There
All roads lead to Florence—eventually! Highway 101, both north and south, take us right through the middle of town as Oregon Route 126 winds its way from Eugene through the Coast Range to meet up with 101 there. Enjoy the journey!
Parking
Parking is available at the center. It is adjacent to the building and at no cost.
