Promoting Honey Across the Nation: Tips and Tricks to Include in Your Promotion and a Recap of 2023 Promotions
2023 American Honey Queen Selena Rampolla will transport you throughout the United States as she highlights promotional successes throughout her year of service to the nation’s beekeeping industry, serving as a spokesperson and promoter of honey and the beekeeping industry. Selena will provide insight on her travels throughout the country including the unique ways the industry has been highlighted at venues throughout the nation, providing you with tips and tricks to take back to your hometown promotional events. Selena will highlight her experience working as a national spokesperson for the industry and provide insights on participating in this unique program as a promotional sponsor to spokesperson.
Selena Rampolla is the 22-year-old daughter of Faye Turke and Renato Rampolla of Lutz and Tampa, Florida. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and currently works for beekeeping operations in Florida. As the 2023 American Honey Queen, Selena is a national spokesperson for the American Beekeeping Federation, a trade organization representing beekeepers and honey producers throughout the United States. The American Honey Queen and Princess speak and promote in venues nationwide, and Queen Selena has travelled extensively nationwide on behalf of the organization, promoting the industry at fairs, festivals, and farmers’ markets; providing educational programming to students in grades K–12 nationwide; maintaining multiple social media platforms; and participating in media interviews in print, television, and radio formats.
